The Aporia Initiative began with a simple observation: the two sides of medical education, the organizations funding it and the organizations building it, rarely share a full view of the same system.

The Aporia Initiative is a women-owned strategic advisory firm, built by two principals whose complementary vantage points span both sides of that system. Years spent inside Medical Affairs, sitting with the question of whether an educational investment was actually changing what clinicians do. Years spent inside the provider community, building the programs meant to answer that question. The same gap kept showing up from both directions: real scientific rigor, without the implementation science and learning science infrastructure needed to turn it into practice change.

That gap is not a knowledge problem. It is a structural one. The Aporia Initiative was built to work inside that structure, with funders and providers both, on the strategy, the measurement, and the follow-through that closes it.
